Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All online payments go through the PayPal secure payment process. Alternatively, payments can be made by cheque payable to Monarch Design Ltd. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that an error has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping and Handling All our products are despatched via Royal Mail within the UK. Locations outside the UK will be sent via Air Mail. If no-one is available to sign for the item, then it will be retained by the postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or collection by the addressee. If the 2nd delivery attempt fails, and the item is returned to ourselves, the customer will be expected to pay postage again. |
Delivery Schedule All our products are sent via Royal Mail. Our standard Free UK Delivery takes 3-5 working days, 1st Class takes 1-2 working days, Special Delivery Next Day is guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery and International orders are generally received in 5-10 working days. Some Hummel items are only available on a Free UK Delivery 5-9 working days option. Please note that orders placed after 2pm may not be processed until the next working day. |
Back Orders If any item is not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If any item is no longer available, we will contact you with an alternative product. If either is not acceptable you have the right to cancel your order with us. |
Tax Charges All product prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. |

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee, providing the original labelling is intact and the item has not been used. If the item has a manufacturers fault we will offer a replacement / refund. |
